Q: What is your MOQ and price?
A: MOQ can be discussed. Regarding to the unit price, it depends on your requests, generally, the more you order, the price can be more competitive.
Q: What is your payment term and incoterms?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, you can choose the best convenient and cost-less way you like. Mostly, the payment term is 30% deposit, balance to be cleared before shipment.
Q: How can I pay for my orders?
A: We accept T/T, or alibaba trade assurance if you want.
Q: Do you have experience to ship to Amazon?
A: Yes, sure. Most of our clients are top sellers in Amazon, so no problem to help to ship.
Q: What is the sample and bulk order production leadtime?
A: For the sample, it depends on the customization. Less customization, the sample leadtime is about 3-5days. With logo, hardwares and other materials customized, the sample leadtime will be around 7-15days.
For the bulk order, generally, the leadtime is around 30-45days after pre-production sample confirmed and deposit received.
Q: How do you guarantee the goods quality?
A: Professional QC for inspection during the manufacturing and finished-goods.
