How to customized your own unique design?
Nylon webbing
The nylon webbing employs a dyeing-before-weaving process. The finished product boasts high abrasion resistance and a tensile strength superior to that of polyester webbing. It can effectively absorb impact loads, is resistant to corrosion over long-term use, and features high elasticity, enabling uniform stretching and contraction. Additionally, it exhibits excellent ultraviolet (UV) resistance, maintaining its color without fading even under prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Polyester webbing
The advantages of polyester webbing are primarily reflected in its high strength, excellent elasticity, superior heat resistance, and outstanding abrasion resistance. Additionally, it offers good chemical corrosion resistance and strong UV protection. Polyester is one of the most heat-resistant materials among synthetic fibers, with a relatively high melting point, making it well-suited for applications like heat transfer printing, which results in vibrant and long-lasting colors.
PP rope
PP round rope (polypropylene round rope) is lightweight yet offers high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. It demonstrates superior tensile and impact performance, along with strong breaking load capacity and remarkable resistance to bending fatigue.
Zinc alloy hardware
It features high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Compared to stainless steel, zinc alloy is lighter and more cost-effective, with a tensile strength capable of reaching around 200 kilograms.
Aircraft-Grade Aluminum Hardware
The advantages of aviation aluminum hardware are primarily reflected in its high strength, lightweight design, and corrosion resistance. It can withstand a tensile force of approximately 400 kilograms.
Iron Wire D-Ring
Iron wire D-rings are electroplated or undergo salt spray testing to enhance their rust resistance. They feature high tensile strength, with a load capacity of approximately 400 kilograms.
POM Parts
POM parts are characterized by their high strength and rigidity, making them resistant to fatigue and fracture even under prolonged friction. Their tensile strength can reach approximately 150 kilograms.
